Prema Snyder is uniquely equipped to guide you through this meditation teacher training due to her extensive and immersive experience. After spending 5 years as a nun in a yoga monastery, she developed a profound and transformative understanding of meditation, which she now shares with others. Her experience extends beyond the monastery—she has been a senior faculty member at Nexus Yoga Institute, where she led yoga teacher trainings, and is now the co-founder and director of The Therapeutic Yoga Institute, a training school for yoga and meditation teachers.Her journey as a yoga teacher has been one of deep rediscovery and growth, allowing her to fully appreciate the significance of nurturing one's own voice and practice. Prema creates a warm, supportive environment where you can explore and expand with confidence. With her rich background in contemplative practices, somatics, and Eastern philosophy, Prema has guided many teachers to find their authentic voice. Her compassionate and insightful approach ensures that you will deepen your practice and enhance your ability to connect with students, fostering greater presence, peace, and insight in your teaching.
