Andrea Marenco-Snyder (Prema) brings years of immersive experience and wisdom to this training. After five years as a nun in a yoga monastery, Prema developed a deep, transformative understanding of meditation that she now shares with others. Her background in somatics, contemplative practices, and Eastern philosophy allows her to guide you with compassion, wisdom, and clarity. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, Prema’s warm and supportive teaching style will help you discover your authentic practice and gain the tools to cultivate a calm, reflective, and grounded life.
